This policy describes what data the Pro Se Network web app and the Jeremy mobile app (Android, "the App") collect, how it is used, and your choices. Pro Se Network provides procedural guidance for self-represented (pro se) litigants. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
We do not collect: contacts, location, photos other than signatures, calendar, or SMS.
To draft your divorce paperwork, save your progress, deliver signature links to the parties you designate, and operate the App. On our public website we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads bring people to the service; this is disabled inside the mobile app. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
Real property inquiries. If you check the authorization box on the property screen, the information you enter there (property address, telephone number, what the parties intend for the property and when) is shared with Burns Realty, a licensed New York real estate brokerage under common ownership with Pro Se Network, so that a licensed agent may contact you by telephone or text message. You may reply STOP to any text message. This sharing happens only if you check the box; your divorce forms are prepared either way. Property inquiry records are retained for 24 months and may be deleted at your request.
The App requests microphone access only when you tap the microphone button to dictate an answer. Audio is streamed to our speech-to-text service for transcription, then discarded. The microphone is never opened in the background.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post a notice in the App.
