Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data the Pro Se Network web app and the Jeremy mobile app (Android, "the App") collect, how it is used, and your choices. Pro Se Network provides procedural guidance for self-represented (pro se) litigants. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

1. Data we collect

• Email address (you provide it at sign-in) — used to save your case progress and email signature links.
• Intake answers (names, addresses, marriage facts, etc.) — used solely to draft your court forms. Stored on our server keyed to your email so you can resume.
• Microphone audio (only if you tap the mic button) — sent to our speech-to-text provider for transcription, then discarded. We do not store raw audio.
• Signature images (only if you upload them) — stored on our server keyed to your role and used only to render your signature into your draft forms.
• Basic usage telemetry (page views, error reports) via Google Analytics (GA4) — used to improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not collect: contacts, location, photos other than signatures, calendar, or SMS.

2. How we use it

To draft your divorce paperwork, save your progress, deliver signature links to the parties you designate, and operate the App. On our public website we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads bring people to the service; this is disabled inside the mobile app. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

3. Microphone permission RECORD_AUDIO

The App requests microphone access only when you tap the microphone button to dictate an answer. Audio is streamed to our speech-to-text service for transcription, then discarded. The microphone is never opened in the background.

4. Third-party services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — generates Jeremy's chat responses. Your messages are sent for inference only.
• SMTP relay (mail.prosenetwork.org) — sends signature-link emails to addresses you designate.
• Google Play / Apple — handles app distribution; subject to their privacy terms.
• Stripe — if you purchase the filing package, Stripe processes payment per their terms; we do not store card data.

5. Your choices

• You can email adam15obong@gmail.com to delete your account and all associated intake/signature data. We will purge within 7 days.
• You can revoke microphone permission in your device settings at any time; the App will fall back to typing.
• You can clear local app storage from your device settings, which removes any cached email/persona on your device.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post a notice in the App.
